Gov. Andy Beshear (D-Ky.) is declining to call Israel’s actions in Gaza “genocide,” breaking with some Democrats who have embraced that label. “That’s becoming one of those new litmus tests that we said we would never do as a party,” he told Dasha Burns on "The Conversation."
