Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) appeared to mock Pam Bondi in the aftermath of President Donald Trump firing her as attorney general.
Boebert has long been a critic of the Justice Department's botched handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, and was one of four members of the GOP to back a discharge petition that forced the full release of the documents.
On Thursday, the conservative lawmaker appeared to relish Bondi's departure, in part due to the Epstein debacle, referencing a stand-out moment from the outgoing attorney general's unhinged performance before the House Judiciary Committee in February.

“DOW fell below 50,000?” wrote Boebert on X.
At the hearing, Bondi went mega-viral after defending her department's work on Epstein by bragging about the stock market breaking records, specifically the Dow Jones Industrial Average surpassing a 50,000-point milestone.
“The Dow right now is over — the Dow is over 50,000,” Bondi said at the time, prompting laughter from members of the committee.
