Male and female US voters: share which issues have shaped your vote the most

The 2024 presidential election has revealed deep divisions and polarisations across American society. The political gender divide, however, is perhaps the deepest: Donald Trump has a substantial lead among male voters, while female voters are flocking to Kamala Harris.

It’s a divide that is particularly pronounced among younger voters: a poll of six battleground states last month found a gender gulf of 51 points among gen Z voters.

If you live in the US, we’re interested to hear from you which issues and developments over the past four years have shaped your vote – or voting intention –the most.
