Trump won’t stop attacking hush money trial judge

Donald Trump has repeatedly lashed out at the judge overseeing his hush money trial since it began April 15 — and he doesn't show any signs of stopping. New York County Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan drew the ire of Trump after he issued a gag order barring Trump from publicly commenting about likely witnesses, jurors and other people involved in the case. On Tuesday, Merchan held Trump in criminal contempt for violating the gag order, ordering him to pay $9,000 in fines with the threat of jail time if the violations continue.
