Who should be responsible when AI is misused?


David Sacks, a special advisor to Trump on AI, says AI companies should try to stop “obvious misuse” of their platforms – like instructions for “how to create a nuclear bomb” – but they cannot realistically be held responsible for how every user applies the technology. “Are they going to be successful at preventing users from being able to use their tools in ways that we don't like?
